Memberships
Level Up memberships are billed monthly ($3.99) or annually ($25). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial-period refunds are not provided.
PFX Flex Coaching
Coaching cycles are billed monthly. Refunds are available for the first 7 days of a new coaching engagement if no programming has been delivered.
Shop
Unworn items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Sale items are final.
Events
Event tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the event date.
