This Coach Agreement governs the relationship between PFX Active and independent coaches offering services through PFX Flex Coaching.
Certification
Coaches must maintain a recognized fitness certification (NSCA, NASM, ACE, USAW, or equivalent) and complete the PFX coach onboarding.
Standards of practice
Coaches must provide evidence-informed programming, respond to clients within agreed SLAs, and adhere to the Community Guidelines.
Payments
Coaches earn 70% of subscription revenue from matched clients. Payouts are issued monthly via Stripe Connect.
Independent contractor
Coaches are independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes and insurance.
